Human evolutionary studies, hominid paleontology, evolution of bipedalism, primate social behavior, ape positional behavior and ecology.

Recent and ongoing research:

  • Habituation of chimpanzees, establishment of research station, and collection of ranging, diet and climatological data at the Toro-Semliki Wildlife Reserve, Uganda
